PROCESS
1 ) Agree upon materials & timeline
2 ) Half of the payment upfront before work begins
3 ) Client is allowed three major changes without incurring extra fee of 10% of BASE PRICE per major change
4 ) Second payment upon completion of project
5 ) Working file will be packaged along with a hi-res pdf or other appropriate image type (jpg/png/gif) and sent to client

i reserve the right to refuse any request i deem unsuitable. offensive or inflammatory material will not be entertained.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the project is cancelled on or before step 3 payment received so far will be refunded in full. If cancelled on step 4 and after no refund will be issued.
